The residential interiors are seeing their final finishes. At ground floor the fine plasterwork is soon to be reinstated in the former Banking Hall. The project is representative of the Cadogan Estate investment in their landmark buildings in Chelsea. The development extensively refurbishes the Grade II listed building and includes the addition of an infill building to provide six apartments and ground floor retail units.
