Overview
An elegant and very precisely engineered aluminium frame supports an acrylic top – a combination of materials that produces softer reflections than steel and glass, and has a lighter, warmer feel. The twist in the two main frame members provides further visual delight, making a virtue of aluminium’s structural characteristics. The 1.8m x 0.9m table is designed by Richard Horden and engineered by Werner Olschok, and can be ordered through Horden Cherry Lee Architects.
